Client Service Associate

Manage client requests, prepare and process investment and insurance paperwork, assist with educational workshops, schedule and prepare for client meetings, and perform light financial-planning prep work.

 

Operations Associate

Provide operational and tech support to the financial advisory team, including responsibility for a range of duties related to operations, new-client onboarding, performance reporting, compliance and various other support functions. Provide marketing assistance with updates and posts to the website, LinkedIn, Facebook and other mediums of communication. Review and optimize operational processes and workflows for both the back office and client-facing teams.

 

Paraplanner

Perform a wide range of planning, education, research and analysis duties for both existing and prospective clients. Must have the ability to use critical-thinking skills, work independently, anticipate firm needs and client questions, and prepare and participate in client meetings.

 

Advisor

Proactively guide high-net-worth clients in the financial areas of retirement income, college funding, tax strategy, insurance, investments, charity and more. Network within the community to develop more awareness of our company and services. Develop relationships with third-party referral sources and complementary advisors such as CPAs, attorneys and others. Continually learn the latest developments in all areas of financial guidance. Participate in in-office Lunch & Learn sessions with prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial services firm
  • Intermediate experience in Office, CRM, document system
  • 40+ WPM
